Authentic French palmiers, a sweet puff pastry biscuit as light as a summer breeze on the beach. A moreish combination of flaky pastry and caramelised sugar. Oui! We love them! These heart-shape biscuits were originally made by bakers to use up leftover puff pastry, but have become a popular pick-me-up at any time of day.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable oil and fat (palm, rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerines of fatty acids, colour, carotenes, natural flavouring), sugar, salt, flavouring, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate.
