Cassis, blackcurrants from Burgundy macerated in crème de cassis, make for sumptuous desserts on their own or paired with other refined treats. You can also serve them in cocktail parties or cook with them. The origin of Les Grandes Distilleries Peureux dates back to 1864. The company is still located in Fougerolles, Franche-Comté.
