This line of seven honeys with spices takes the taster on a tour of world spice palates. The honey and spice mixes were developed by Apidis in collaboration with chef Emmanuel Hébrard, one of France’s youngest Michelin-starred chefs, presently at the Abbaye de Labussière in Burgundy. The honeys may be used in a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes. They are ideal for glazing, caramelizing, or basting fish, poultry, and meat dishes. They give a refreshing twist to salads, and they are perfect for drizzling on cheese.
