Baked from an early 1800 family recipe, near the founding city of Gouda.
A stroopwafel is a wafer cookie made from two thin layers of baked dough joined by a caramel filling. First made in the Dutch city of Gouda, stroopwafels are popular throughout the Netherlands and the former Dutch Empire and are well-known Dutch dishes.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, vegetable fat & oil (palm & rapeseed), butter, egg, salt, potato starch, caramlized sugar, sunflower lecithin, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate), cinnamon, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, citric acid.
Contains: Milk and Egg, May Contain traces of Peanuts and Tree Nuts.
