The classic and inimitable Galatine milk bar, born in 1956. The goodness is always the same thanks to a simple and delicious recipe with 100% Italian and gluten-free milk.

This product contains our Milk:

Every year, we use around 4 million liters of fresh milk from the short and certified Inalpi supply chain, with its over 400 farms located at the foot of the Alps, especially between Cuneo and Turin. The milk is processed within 48 hours of milking, transformed into milk powder, the main ingredient for our Galatine bars.

Where could the largest nougat factory be born if not in a city with such a sweet name? Nougat is in fact the true protagonist of Cremonese production, made in all its variations with as many as four different blends. Today it no longer requires 10 hours to be ready (hence the ancient saying “beating the nougat” to refer to an excessively long activity), but the care with which it is made is still the same as in the artisanal era.

In the Cremona factory we also prepare the iconic Galatine bars, all the hard and filled sweets and the traditional mustards, made with candied fruit dipped in spicy mustard.

Ingredients:
Powdered milk (39%) (skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder), sugar, glucose syrup, low-fat yoghurt powder (2%), natural flavourings, strawberry powder (1%), honey preparation (0 .2%), coloring (beetroot red).
