Each tin contains two sealed packs of eight fingers each. Shortbread House uses the traditional method of making shortbread fingers. After baking the dough in trays, they cut them into fingers by hand while still warm from the oven.
Our original recipe shortbread biscuits were winners of 2-star Great Taste Awards in 2024, 2023, and 2019, and 1-star Great Taste Awards in 2020, 2018 and 2017.
Ingredients:
Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Ground Rice, Vegetable Oils (Segregated Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil), Dark Chocolate (4.4%)[Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin], Stem Ginger (1.6%) [Ginger, Sugar], Ground Ginger, Orange Oil (0.1%). Dark Chocolate contains cocoa solids 52% minimum.
