Reminiscent of the original Swiss-style of muesli, Bircher Apple cinnamon muesli is named after the Physician (Dr. Bircher-Benner) that invented muesli in the 1800s. Muesli, a Swedish-German word for “mix”, is a minimally-processed mix of whole grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and spices. One of the best things about this gluten-free muesli is the versatility.
