of Omega 3 and Omega 6 Essential Fatty Acids (EFA), and 2% of the total
EFA’s is GLA. Hemp seed oil contains the highest amount of Essential
Fatty Acids of any vegetable oil. It’s also high in natural occurring
antioxidants such as vitamin E and chlorophyll.

Usage:

Hemp
Seed Oil’s subtle, nutty (sunflower/walnut) flavor is a delicious,
nutritious alternative to olive or flax oils in your favorite salad
dressings, drizzled over vegetables, rice, or pasta and as a dipping
oil for breads. Or add 2 Tbsp. or more to your morning smoothie to
supplement your dietary fatty acid intake.
