Ingredients: Tinnevlly Senna (cassia angustifolia), Orange Peel (citrus
reticulata), Licorice Root (glycyrrhiza glabra), Althea (althea
officinalis), Siberian Ginseng (eleutherococcus senticosus), Papaya
(carica papaya), Honeysuckle (lonicera japonica), German Chamomile
(chrysanthemum officinalis), Spices, and Natural Flavor.
two cups (12 oz.) of boiling water over one tea bag, cover, and let
steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Press tea bag lightly and
remove. Drink one cup (6oz.) hot or cold, after your evening meal. Save
second cup for next day after your evening meal. Three to four days
later you may gradually increase flavor by steeping one tea bag with
one cup (6oz.) of boiling water. Enjoy one cup of tea after your
evening meal. For optimum flavor never over steep.
