Kilbeggan porridge is produced from oats grown in Ireland by the 5th generation Lalor Family, on their farm in Kilbeggan. Our organic oats are grown naturally and are free from synthetic sprays or fertilizers. In other words the oats are produced from the soil’s own rich reserves of nutrients, exactly as nature intended.
Growing oats organically means that we adhere to a very strict set of EU Regulations which are certified by Organic Trust Ltd (www.organictrust.org).
Featured in Irish Examiner, Westmeath Examiner, National Radio Prime Time Chat Show (pat Kenny), Local radio business program, twice on main evening tv news, appeared on one tv magazine program, Won highly commended for jumbo oats in 2011 Bord Bia National Awards in the grocery section.
