Red clover is a perennial native to Europe, Asia and Africa. It has been naturalized and cultivated in many parts of the world, including the United States. It’s most recognizable use is as a fodder crop, however its phytoestrogen content has made it a popular supplement for women.

Directions
To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
