Maison Fossier started in 1756, under the reign of Louis XV, an era of glorifying lifestyle and good taste. These ladyfingers biscuits, known as Biscuit Rose de Reims, were presented during the Coronation of Louis XVI at Reims. The king liked the biscuits so much that Fossier quickly became the official supplier to the king.
