Flahavan’s Irish Porridge Oats are made at the family mill in Co. Waterford, Ireland. The oats are harvested and the unique milling process cooks the oats twice, giving Flahavan’s Irish Porridge Oats their distinctive creamy texture and taste.

Wholegrain rolled oats(70%), Raisin(24%), Apple(6%), Cinnamon, Dried Raisins contain: vegetable oil (to prevent them sticking together). Dried Apple contains preservative: Sulphur dioxide.
