Based in the southwest region of Aquitaine, in the midst of some of France’s finest orchards, Favols has been producing award-winning jams and fruit preserves for more than 40 years. They begin by selecting the very best fruit from France and beyond, based on exacting criteria of freshness, ripeness, and taste. They then prepare the fruits so that their essence shines through. Favols jams range from the perennially popular single-fruit jams to surprising and delightful combinations of flavors. They also produce a line of no-sugar added jams (the Fruitessence jams) and a line of jams specifically crafted to marry well with cheeses. Not to be overlooked are their preparations of the local Agen prune, famous world-wide for its rich taste and tender texture.
