A weight loss
trial was conducted at the Canadian Center for Functional Medicine

Add 1 packet (57 g) of SlimStyles powder to 350 mL-500
mL of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender until smooth
to make a delicious, satisfying drink. Use 1-2 times daily as a meal
replacement. When first taking SlimStyles begin with 1/2 packet (28.5
g) in 175 mL-350 mL of water and gradually increase to 1 packet (57 g)
