Directions
As
a dietary supplement, bring water or milk to a simmer.  Do not boil. 
Use one teaspoon per cup (adjust to preference).  Steep for three to
five minutes.  Drink hot or iced and flavor with lemon, mint or other
herbs.  You can also prepare Yerba Mate in a french press, coffee
maker, tea pot or tea ball.
